About me
Founder, Mladen Tošić
I founded Mount13 to bring a more human and grounded approach to consulting — shaped by my own experience of rebuilding and change — helping leaders modernise how growth works through structure and empathy in equal measure.
Before starting Mount13, I spent over a decade at Bain & Company, leading marketing and operating-model transformations across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Today I partner with leadership teams to align strategy, marketing, and finance — with AI as an accelerator, not a distraction.
Educated at the University of Cambridge, I combine analytical rigour with a belief that lasting transformation happens when clarity meets conviction — and when plans turn into meaningful, measurable impact.
